Return & Refund Policy

1. Handmade & DIY Products – About Returns

All of our pieces are handmade in small batches, and every aroma stone and DIY kit component may have slight variations in color, texture, or floral details.
These characteristics are part of the handmade process and are not considered defects.

Because of the handmade and personal nature of our products, the following items cannot be returned:

  • DIY kits that have been opened

  • Handmade aroma stones that have been used or scented with essential oils

  • Items showing natural handmade variations (this is normal and expected)

  • Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items

This follows EU consumer law exceptions (Directive 2011/83/EU).

2. When Returns ARE Accepted

We always want to be fair and caring with our customers.

We accept returns or exchanges if:

  • The item arrived damaged

  • The product has a clear manufacturing defect

  • You received the wrong item

If any of these occur, please contact us within 7 days of delivery
and include your order number + clear photos.

In these cases, return shipping costs are covered by us.

3. Unopened DIY Kits

Unopened, unused DIY kits may be returned within 14 days from delivery,
as long as all tools, paints, accessories, and packaging remain intact.

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless we made a mistake.

4. Refund Processing

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Processing typically takes 3–7 business days,
depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase.
Since we prepare each order individually,
we cannot cancel once production or packing has started.
