Our aroma stones and DIY sets are handmade in small batches, and we want to provide full transparency regarding processing and delivery times.


1. Processing Time (Handmade Production)

All items are handcrafted and made to order.

Please allow 3–5 business days for:

  • Hand-pouring

  • Drying

  • Fine detail painting

  • Assembly and packing

Processing time is before shipment and does not include delivery time.

We appreciate your patience while we prepare your handmade piece.


2. Shipping Time 

Shipping time begins after your order has been crafted and dispatched.

Estimated delivery times:

  • European Union: 7–12 business days

  • United Kingdom: 7–10 business days

  • United States / Canada: 7–12 business days

  • Australia / New Zealand: 8–14 business days

  • Asia: 5–10 business days

Shipping times may vary depending on customs, weather, holidays, and local postal operations.


3. Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive:

  • A shipping confirmation email

  • A tracking number

  • A link to track the parcel online

You can follow your package from dispatch to delivery.


4. Shipping Fees

We currently offer:

5. Customs, Taxes & Duties

Most of our parcels are:

  • Small

  • Lightweight

  • Low-value gift items

👉 EU customers rarely incur customs duties.

In the unlikely event that duties are charged:

  • They are determined by your local customs authority

  • They are the responsibility of the receiver

We pack orders in simple, minimalist packaging to minimize customs delays.


6. Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

Please ensure your address is accurate at checkout.

If a package cannot be delivered due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Missing details

  • Unclaimed packages

We can reship the parcel, but additional shipping fees may apply.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:
